A lot of companies are outsourcing their customer service jobs to India and other countries.  And Dell, the computer company, was one of the first to outsource.  But with Dell, it really doesn’t matter.  I mean you call them up and say “I broked my computer”  and the guy on the other end of the line will say,

 “Ok we are going to replace your hard drives.  When you get the box in the mail, all you need do is.....switch your jumper settings from slave to master, plug the two Serial ATA drives into the onboard Raid slots embedding into your motherboard, create a Raid 1 array and use a boot up disk to format the array and set up your partitions, then put your OEM OS disk in, and and hit F6 to install the Promise drivers.” 

 **Dumbfounded look** They might as well be speaking a completely different language, so Dell, you go ahead and outsource......most of us wouldn’t be able to tell the difference anyway.
