Gift Shopping made easy

It was a lot of work, but my Christmas shopping is FINALLY done *sigh*

It's the Christmas season, and many people are rushing around trying to find the perfect gifts for everyone, so I have decided to help everyone out a bit and take all the stress and time out of gift shopping (this works well for birthdays and anniversary gifts as well).  I am a 'math person' so I have translated my findings into a simple equation.

X(1¢) = Y

It seems so simple, I am surprised someone hasn't already figured this out.  Ok, let me first define some of the variables that I am using.

1 = one

2 = a couple

3 = a few

4 = a bunch

8 = a lot

Still with me?  Good.

So, the saying is, "it's the thought that counts", thus meaning that if you put a lot of thought into your gift, it really doesn't matter what it is.

Now when you combine this with the saying "penny for your thoughts", that basically gives you an exact street value for each one of your thoughts.

So, it's that simple

A lot of (8) thought (1¢) into a gift = a great gift (8¢)

So, don't be ashamed whilst wrapping up that nickel and 3 pennies in Christmas or birthday wrapping paper....hold your head high knowing that you too have found the perfect gift!!!

*DISCLAIMER* DouG will NOT responsible for:

-marital/relationship problems caused by my mathematical solution

-any negative feedback from the recipient of the gift

-any violent acts toward the gift bearer

It's not MY fault the person receiving the gift isn't good at math.
