Poetry is a beautiful way to describe an emotion or a feeling toward something that impacts you.  Thus all my poems are appropriately based on food.....namely pastries.  I have noticed a lot of people spelling doughnut as "donut" which is cute and all, but quite rudely flawed.  Don't forget you can't have "d-o-u-g-h-n-u-t-s" without "Doug H"

Violets are Blue,

My unconditional love for you,

Is.....hey, are those doughnuts??...

mmmm sprinkles...................

Now, what was I saying?!?!

Oh, that eternal circle of happiness,

Absorb,

Become one with the doughnut,
